The Project \u00abEDUCATION OF THE FUTURE\u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n

(REFORMING of the SYSTEM of EDUCATION)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The essence of the \u201cEducation\u201d Project is acceptance of the Moral Basis, the Standards<\/em><\/strong>
\nof the Worthy<\/em><\/strong> people and the corresponding programs of Shaping of a Person as the Personality in the system of education.<\/p>\n

It is known that Success depends on Personal Qualities<\/em> of a Person (purposefulness, persistence, etc.) for 75\u201385 % and on professional knowledge\u00a0and skills only for 15\u201325 %. But \u2026<\/p>\n

1<\/strong>. Today neither at school, nor in higher educational establishment a person learns to answer the most vital questions, such as: \u00abWhat to believe in?\u00bb, \u00abHow and for the sake of what should a person live?\u00bb, \u00abHow to make a career?\u00bb, \u00abHow to find and not to lose friends?\u00bb<\/em>, etc.\u00a0There are no school hours dedicated to Shaping of the Personality in the countries CIS.<\/p>\n

2<\/strong>. According to many sources of information about 90 % of the information received by a person during education will be never used in further life! At the\u00a0same time the questions of Shaping of the Personality (ethics, self-control, high working capacity, other) are extremely vital for everyone!<\/p>\n

3<\/b>.<\/b>\u00a0<\/em>Unfortunately, <\/strong>a personality is basically shaped by the street, mass media, etc., but not by the system of education!<\/p>\n

4<\/strong>. Also, today\u2019s education does not develop physically strong and healthy people. About 80\u201390 % of schools graduates are not allowed to serve in the army because of their poor physical conditions.<\/em><\/p>\n

That is why the<\/em>\u00a0problems such as\u00a0<\/em>criminality, alcoholism, drug-addiction, diseases, depressions in Ukraine and the CIS countries are approximately 10 times more widely-spread than in the\u00a0European countries. The health state and the life expectancy of our citizens also disappoint.<\/p>\n

In the developed countries<\/em> they carry out Shaping <\/strong>
\n
\nof the Personality, but, as a rule, this is not direct shaping. The Shaping of the Personality is fulfilled through the Law and its respect\u00a0(subordination, discipline), traditions, culture and religiousness.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Education\u00a0<\/strong>should play the basic educational role in the country and carry out the Shaping<\/em> of the Personality <\/em>(a strong and worthy Person at all\u00a0aspects, socially active citizen and a patriot).<\/p>\n

The STAGES of REALIZATION <\/strong><\/h2>\n

STAGE 1. CREATION OF THREE BASIC COURSES FOR the HIGH SCHOOL:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Course 1 <\/strong>(9th <\/sup>form) \u00abThe Standards of the Worthy people\u00bb: <\/strong> Service, Development, Self-realization, Mutual relations, Traditions and the Way of life of the Worthy people, their role in the history.<\/em><\/p>\n

Course 2\u00a0<\/strong>(10th<\/sup> form) \u00abShaping of the Personality\u00bb: <\/strong>
\n
\nshaping of strong, worthy beliefs, impregnable self-estimation and self-confidence, work on the purposes, shaping of necessary personal qualities, etc.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Course 3 <\/strong>(11th<\/sup> form) \u201cHappiness\u201d: <\/strong>The<\/em>
\n
\nlaws of Happiness, the state of Happiness (things that maintain or destroy it), meaning of Knowledge in achievement of any life purposes, influence of\u00a0thoughts and beliefs of a person on his or her destiny, etc.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

STAGE 2. CREATION OF FOUR COURSES FOR PUPILS of the 5<\/em><\/strong>th<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>, 6<\/em><\/strong>th<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>, 7<\/em><\/strong>th<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>, 8<\/em><\/strong>th<\/i>\u00a0<\/sup>FORMS OF SCHOOL:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Course 1\u00a0<\/strong>(5th<\/sup> form) \u00abThe Formula of Success\u00bb: <\/strong>aspiration<\/em> to success, faith, will, responsibility, discipline and so on.<\/em><\/p>\n

Course 2 \u00a0<\/strong>(6th<\/sup> form) \u00abElimination of internal problems\u00bb<\/strong>: the basic vices and their elimination, envy, fear, non-acceptance of criticism, etc.<\/em><\/p>\n

Course 3\u00a0<\/strong>(7th<\/sup> form) \u00abThe Positive self-attitude\u00bb: <\/strong>respect, adequate self-estimation and so on.<\/em><\/p>\n

Course 4 \u00a0<\/strong>(8th<\/sup> form) \u00abThe Positive attitude to the world\u00bb: <\/strong>the attitude to the world around, love, gratitude, acceptance. <\/em><\/p>\n

The task <\/strong>
\nfor a person is to shape only the right and deserving attitude to all components of life.<\/p>\n

Peculiarities of stages 1 and 2. <\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>These stages\u00a0<\/em>do not require any special preparation of teachers, because training is carried out with the help of the corresponding textbooks. But thus only those\u00a0who deserve love and respect of pupils should be such teachers.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Stage 3<\/em>.\u00a0<\/strong>The task of the stage is strengthening of all courses with the corresponding training programs <\/strong> for development of necessary practical skills<\/em>: ethics, good manners, ability to carry out negotiations, etc.<\/em> A Person, participating in
\nthese trainings, transforms his or her theoretical knowledge into practical, and, thus, efficiency of lectures increases.<\/p>\n

Stage 4.<\/em> The task of the stage is to modify \u00a0<\/strong>the<\/em>\u00a0general educational subjects\u00a0<\/em>(history, literature, etc.) according to the Standards of the Worthy people<\/strong>: the qualities they develop and the conclusions they help to shape, etc.<\/em> For example, the history should not be limited just with learning of the\u00a0facts, dates and names. It should teach to understand the logic of development of processes. What are the reasons of wars? How do they finish? How to solve\u00a0these or those situations? The history should be the illustration to achievement of success and the evidence for the reasons of the end of empires and\u00a0organizations.<\/p>\n

Stage 5.<\/b>\u00a0<\/em>Modification of the System of Education according to the ideal.\u00a0<\/strong>Worthy teachers, material and technical conditions\u00a0<\/em>(educational areas, perfectly equipped classes, all necessary sport equipment; everything necessary for the useful and worthy pastime, rest, carrying out\u00a0of cultural and other events), all disciplines for Shaping of the Personality, including those for development of talents and creativity \u2013 in full volume (50 % of school hours)<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Peculiarities<\/em>\u00a0of stages 3, 4 and 5 is \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>the step-by-step increasing of complexity of the training programs of Shaping of the Personality, requirements to the lecturers and material base.
\nFinally, the teachers should become the best examples of the worthy people, and they should also be professional coaches.
\n<\/em>
\nA person should change to the best, develop and become more perfect to live the full and harmonious life. Therefore these programs are extremely
\nnecessary for each person who wants to be successful.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

MECHANISMS OF PRACTICAL REALIZATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Preparation of all necessary programs, textbooks, methodical literature\u00a0<\/strong>for the system of education.<\/em><\/p>\n

2. Promotion of this Project<\/strong>, from small facultative courses <\/em>at schools and Higher Educational Establishments and to the full-scale acceptance of all offers and the training programs in the system of education of Ukraine and other countries<\/em>.<\/p>\n

3. Creation of the corresponding training courses<\/strong>
\nwith the possibility of training through the Internet, and then through the Public Television.<\/p>\n

Our purpose and dream\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>is to let each person since his or her childhood learn to distinguish what is worthy and what is unworthy, shape the best merits, the positive\u00a0self-attitude and positive attitude to this world. The next stage is the step-by-step elimination of weaknesses, vices and other problems. Only in this\u00a0case the world will become better.
