              \nOrganizations of the Systems were founded: Movement “Spiritual Revival of Person and Society”, Institute “Development of Person and Society” and others.<\/em> This project is based on the
              \ndevelopment and introduction of Standards of Worthy Man<\/em> (Worthy Relationship, Worthy Traditions, Worthy Mode of Life, etc.), Worthy Organization, Worthy Society,<\/em> and on the programs of purposeful formation of a human being as the Personality.<\/em><\/li>\n
            2. 2008-2010. \u2013 Project \u201cEducation Reforming”.<\/strong> Bottom line: according to statistics, 90% of the knowledge gained in secondary education
              \nsystem is almost never used, and no attention is practically paid to issues necessary for everyone (goal setting, self-command, self-control, sociability, discipline, etc.).<\/em> Therefore, essentials are changes in the structure of existing
              \ntraining programs and the introduction of programs on the Personality Formation<\/em> (personal growth trainings and classes, which are adapted for
              \nsecondary and higher education in a simplified form from several hours per week up to the half of study time).<\/li>\n
            3. 2009-2011. \u2013 Development of Basic Professional Courses<\/strong> (“Standard Coaching”, “Basic Spiritual Practices”)<\/em> for the preparation
              \nof System\u2019s main frames. They are processed and presented in video mode, ready for replication. Basic specialties are organizing and conducting of
              \nclasses, individual work with people.<\/li>\n
            4. From 2011 until the present day.<\/strong>
              \n\u2013 Development of courses “Personality Formation”<\/strong>
              \n– personal growth trainings and classes, main propositions of the System to a wide audience based on the adaption of education courses implemented from
              \n1993 until 2011 to the requirements of modern science and modern business training.<\/li>\n
            5. From 2014 until the present day.<\/strong>
              \n\u2013 Development of the Project “Distance Learning of the System”<\/strong> and preparation of courses “Personality Formation” to replication through the Internet.<\/em> Development of courses for pre-theoretical training of
              \nstudents on the Theory of Consciousness. Theoretical training \u2013 Theory of Consciousness<\/em> (structure and working mechanisms of consciousness,
              \ntechniques and methods of its change, basic capacities for self-management, problem solving, formation of personal qualities, bringing talents and
              \ncreativity to light, etc.). They are preparing to the implementation in video mode.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Biographic essay<\/h2>\n[vc_column_text]Born on February, 1st, 1964 in Lugansk region (Ukraine). He graduated from Kharkiv institute of radio electronics and its post-graduate course. He served in the army. He studied and then instructed in the Academy of Yoga. Later he became its Pro-rector. Since 1992 he has been working on the creation of his author\u2019s System: the Centre \u201cDevelopment of the Personality\u201d Kharkov regional nongovernmental organization, other organizations, author’s school, system of knowledge and the corresponding projects.<\/p>\n
