Phase II. SHAPING of the PERSONALITY

THE BASIC PROBLEMS

1. In the CIS countries they have no educational hours dedicated to
Shaping of the Personality (how to become Strong, Perfect, Happy, Successful; how to make one’s career, how to find and not to lose friends and so on). 2. There are no high-grade long-term programs for Shaping of a person as the Personality. Existing training programs consider, as a rule, local questions (elimination of fears, etc.). 3. Shaping of a Person as the Personality is not a substantial direction of science, education and society.

APPROACH OF THE SYSTEM. THE GENERAL STATEMENTS USING THE BEST TRADITIONS OF THE HISTORY.

1. The necessary Status.  This should become one of the key tasks on the state level, as well as in the past. Success of a country is achieved thanks to the devoted and highly effective leaders. 2. The solved tasks are everything that deals with the inside world of a person (convictions, characteristics, etc.) and training in his or her life (all purposes, all necessary skills). 3. Shaping of the personality is a long-term process (usually dozens of years; approximately 50 % of school hours are used for Shaping of the Personality).

APPROACH OF THE SYSTEM. THE BASIC DISTINCTIONS

1. Scientific basis instead of religious one (as in the past). 2. Shaping of adult people because of lack of education in their childhood. 3. The main audience consists of ordinary people (with obtained higher education or students, etc.) because of lack of aristocrats in the 8th generation.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS WORK

This work represents the key theoretical statements for all educational programs of the System for Shaping of a Person as the Personality (the «Shaping of the Personality» program — 17 annual courses, professional training — 17 annual courses, programs for high school, etc.).

Book 1. The BASIC COURSE

THE PURPOSES OF THE BASIC COURSE: 1. The purpose is to present all the key statements of this theory, to show the reason whyShaping of the Personality isthe basis for Success and Happiness (85% of success depends on personal characteristics, 15 % depends on professional skills). 2. To show the process of Shaping of the Personality in history (what can and should be used now and in the nearest future). 3. To define the key beliefs of worthy and unworthy people (good and evil, right and wrong), mechanisms, techniques and methods of development, conditions of transformation of a person and finally the possibilities and the laws of the destiny management (achievement of main purposes of life: Service, Development, Self-realization, Relationship, Traditions and the Way of life). 4. To develop initial skills, that are necessary for shaping of worthy mutual relations and self-perfection, etc. (communicative tasks, making of important decisions, expressive performance, etc.)

Chapter 1. The review: the basic criteria for estimation of existing theories, ratings, the statement of the research tasks, etc.

Chapter 3. Distinction between Good and Evil. Levels of development. Categories.

Chapter 4. Techniques and methods of development.

Chapter 6. Destiny management.

Book 2. TECHNIQUES and Methods of DEVELOPMENT

The purpose of this work is to represent all key techniques (approaches, ways), allowing a person to develop effectively (allowing to get rid of the problems — weaknesses, vices, etc. and to shape merits and talents purposefully).

The basic tasks are  to classify all basic existing techniques (first of all the programs used in the System), to show their role, laws and mechanisms of their work, to show a method as a whole.

Communicative techniques — discussion, development of understanding ability.

Questions of the process organization.


Exercises for power development (based on the greatest possible efforts of will, and overcoming of internal resistance, until the feel of gladness).

Creativity — expression to transformations, beliefs, qualities through the corresponding form (facial expression, intonations, etc.).

Meditation is for independent consciousness reprogramming.

Book 3. The BASIC BELIEFS

The purpose of this work
is to represent the system of convictions, beliefs which gives the grounds for achievement of the maximum power and happiness, the quiet, benevolent, joyful attitude towards the world around and to oneself. For this purpose a person should be focused on maximal effective utilization of all possibilities, all chances he or she gets (the greatest power and happiness, elimination of negative reactions, the positive attitude to everything, including obstacles).

The most important things for a person
are feelings, friendship, etc. and his or her attitude towards them. Two basic tools for development are Ability to Learn and Coaching.

Book 4. The BASIC PROBLEMS of DEVELOPMENT

THE PRIMARY GOALS:

1. To represent the basic problems
that block a person during making decisions concerning possibility and necessity to change something, and concerning purposeful shaping as the Personality (a habit to say «A little is enough for me», bad discipline, missing of significant part of information, etc.). To define the basic approaches for their
solution.

2. The basic problems
stopping a person on his or her way when the decision about development is already made
(interaction in a group, problems in learning, problems in practical utilization of knowledge, etc.).

Book 5. DESTINY MANAGEMENT

The purpose of this work is  to define what the destiny is, its basic laws, possibilities for its changing to the best.

At the intuitive level it is clear that Destiny consists of some predetermined events. Thus in most cases, they are not predetermined by some Forces, but inevitably defined by convictions, qualities, choice and behavior of a person! Changing of these components gives a key to changing of a destiny.

Key questions: Destiny and its laws. Initial Destiny (which is given when a person is born) and the realized Destiny (which is built thanks to your purposes and efforts of will). Elimination of problems. The formula of Success (to see the purpose, to go for it, to trust and to act). Career (stages of development). Shaping of the Worthy Mutual Relations and the Worthy Way of life.
