  1. 1993-2007 – The development of theory, the work of experimental groups to check all the provisions of the Theory of Consciousness and work out the appropriate techniques and methods.

Further stages
are based on the Author’s Theory of Consciousness and the work results of experimental groups:

  1. 2005-2007. – Development of the Project “Spiritual Revival of Person and Society”, within which the main Non-governmental
    Organizations of the Systems were founded: Movement “Spiritual Revival of Person and Society”, Institute “Development of Person and Society” and others. This project is based on the
    development and introduction of Standards of Worthy Man (Worthy Relationship, Worthy Traditions, Worthy Mode of Life, etc.), Worthy Organization, Worthy Society, and on the programs of purposeful formation of a human being as the Personality.
  2. 2008-2010. – Project “Education Reforming”. Bottom line: according to statistics, 90% of the knowledge gained in secondary education
    system is almost never used, and no attention is practically paid to issues necessary for everyone (goal setting, self-command, self-control, sociability, discipline, etc.). Therefore, essentials are changes in the structure of existing
    training programs and the introduction of programs on the Personality Formation (personal growth trainings and classes, which are adapted for
    secondary and higher education in a simplified form from several hours per week up to the half of study time).
  3. 2009-2011. – Development of Basic Professional Courses (“Standard Coaching”, “Basic Spiritual Practices”) for the preparation
    of System’s main frames. They are processed and presented in video mode, ready for replication. Basic specialties are organizing and conducting of
    classes, individual work with people.
  4. From 2011 until the present day.
    – Development of courses “Personality Formation”
    – personal growth trainings and classes, main propositions of the System to a wide audience based on the adaption of education courses implemented from
    1993 until 2011 to the requirements of modern science and modern business training.
  5. From 2014 until the present day.
    – Development of the Project “Distance Learning of the System” and preparation of courses “Personality Formation” to replication through the Internet. Development of courses for pre-theoretical training of
    students on the Theory of Consciousness. Theoretical training – Theory of Consciousness (structure and working mechanisms of consciousness,
    techniques and methods of its change, basic capacities for self-management, problem solving, formation of personal qualities, bringing talents and
    creativity to light, etc.). They are preparing to the implementation in video mode.

Biographic essay

Born on February, 1st, 1964 in Lugansk region (Ukraine). He graduated from Kharkiv institute of radio electronics and its post-graduate course. He served in the army. He studied and then instructed in the Academy of Yoga. Later he became its Pro-rector. Since 1992 he has been working on the creation of his author’s System: the Centre “Development of the Personality” Kharkov regional nongovernmental organization, other organizations, author’s school, system of knowledge and the corresponding projects.

M.Y.Mianiye is one of a few of modern researchers of spirituality, its influence upon development of the Person, Organization and Society, working in the CIS, the founder of “Development of the Personality” philosophical and practical System, which aspires to become a new Teaching according to its completeness and comprehensiveness.
