Professional courses are created for preparation of highly professional leaders of the System in the following spheres: Carrying out of lectures and trainings. Individual work with people (coaching, spiritual healing). Management. Scientific-research activity (researches in the most difficult sphere of science — studying of internal world of a person, etc.). Public-political activity. Charisma, development of creativity
and talents. The organization of creative events (corporate culture).
The final goal for the best participants is preparation of super-leaders of the System: success in science (Ph. D, Grand Ph. D), in business (income for 3 years — USD 1000000 or more), in creativity (to be recognized and famous), in coaching (arrangement of lectures and trainings, the development of branch offices), social-and-political activity (the level of the deputy of a regional parliament or higher), 100 % onformity to requirements of the corresponding categories.
Only those who have already passed or are still trained on the «Shaping of the Personality» Courses of the System, for whom the Service is the basic motive and the sense of life, who have certain long-term obligations in the System, who have passed the corresponding tests, have the right to join professional courses.
Professional courses – 3 steps:
Step 1 corresponds to achievement of the Ph. D. level, 7 annual courses.
Step 2 corresponds to achievement of the Grand Ph. D. level, 5 annual courses.
Step 3 corresponds to training on the highest level of the System, 5 annual courses.
Approximate duration of each course is: 10–11 months, 2 semesters of 44–45 lectures each, about 4–5,5 academic hours, 2 times a week.
All lectures are recorded in the video mode (the lecturer is the Author himself).
Step I. The PH.D. DEGREE. INITIAL PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE LEADERS OF THE SYSTEM
Course 1. «THE STANDARD COACHING»
«The Standard Coaching» course is the basic course for training of the Leaders (able to carry out lectures and trainings) and consultants (for
individual work with people).
Advantages of such training are: 1.Deep understanding of mechanisms of work of consciousness of a person on the basis of author’s theories of consciousness and shaping of the personality. 2. Completeness of themes concerning shaping of a person as the Personality, business, shaping of mutual relations, the way of life, etc. 3. High efficiency and quality of the lectures. Practice in coaching and practical results of development during the lessons.
The basic themes of the course are: The Bases of the Personality
(beliefs, purposes, qualities, etc.), the Basic spheres of life (career, mutual relations, etc.), Techniques of the work (schemes, methods, approaches, etc.).
Course 2. «THE BASIC SPIRITUAL PRACTICES»
«The Basic Spiritual Practices» Course is the second basic course for training of all main leaders of the System. It allows learning the structure of the consciousness of a person as the energy-and-informational system with deep understanding of mechanisms: how to master one’s own consciousness and how to modify it effectively.
Semester 1. “The Bases of Development”: the Basic definitions (Knowledge about a person, Philosophy of Cosmos, Destiny and Its laws, Development, Internal changes, External changes), Techniques of development (Auto-suggestion, Meditation, thoughtlessness, energy refilling), Development of super-natural and other abilities (accumulation
of energy, condition for development of abilities, others), Rituals, self-management.
Semester 2. «The basic possibilities»: Hierarchy of Spiritual Laws, Basics of Spiritual Healing, Karma, Work with destiny, Basic signs and problems, etc.
Course 3. «THE BASIC QUESTIONS»
«The Basic questions» Course is additional and expands all key notions of Shaping of the Personality: achievement of the purposes ( Service, Development, Self-realization, Mutual relations, Traditions and the Way of life of the Worthy people) and development of internal world of a person (beliefs, values, self-estimation, the sense of life and its achievement, personal qualities, self-management, external expressions).
Course 4. «WORK WITH INFORMATION»
The «Work with information» Course is the basic course of preparation of scientific personnel. The basic skills are carrying out of scientific researches, the data systematization, creation of publications and monographies. The questions of the basic mechanisms of science in the CIS countries and abroad, the questions concerning scientific work abroad, the rules of interaction with one’s chief, colleagues, partners, etc. are also considered.
Course 5. «TEACHING AND RHETORICS»
The «Teaching and rhetorics» course is the third basic specialized course for preparation of the super-leaders and the Leaders of the System.
The considered questions
: motivation for activity, creation of the branch offices, arrangement of courses and groups, interaction with audience, team-building, etc.
The shaped qualities are: an open behavior, performance in front of an audience, development of the greatest possible influence, etc.
Course 6. «DEVELOPMENT OF TALENTS AND CREATIVITY»
The purpose of the course «Development of talents and creativity» is training of artists, development of the greatest possible power of expression and influence on the basis of Spiritual-and-moral Standards and priorities of the System.
The course is created for preparation of the super-leaders and professional artists of the System.
The basic genres are Vocals, Choreography, Theatre, Comedy, etc.
Course 7. «CORPORATE CULTURE»
The purpose of the «Corporate culture» course is preparation of experts for arrangement of creative events: from mini-holidays to the big ones (recitals, balls, festivals, etc.).
The training program. The topics are: «The Strategy of shaping of Corporate Culture», «The Technique of arrangement of creative events», «The Principles of work with collective», «Development of creative abilities of the personnel».
Step II. The GRAND PH.D. DEGREE
Professional training of the personnel of the System. One gets the right to pass through this training after fulfillment of the corresponding procedures and requirements.
